Adeleke suspends SSA over alleged diversion of bags of rice

Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke yesterday suspended his Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Civil Societies, Mr. Emmanuel Adebisi, over alleged diversion of 70 ‘Sallah’ bags of rice meant for constituents.

Governor Adeleke ordered that Adebisi should be suspended with immediate effect.

The H.M of Marine and Blue Economy Adegboyega Oyetola convened with members of the African Network Center Limited in a consultative meeting. This meeting served as preparation for the Minister's official working visit and study tour to Morocco, following an invitation from his Moroccan counterpart

Hon. Seun Odofin, the APC candidate for the last House of Representatives election in the Oriade/Obokun federal constituency, attended his ward meeting today at Ward 03, Ijebu-Ijesa in Oriade LG, Osun State.

The Honorable Minister Adegboyega Oyetola celebrated with staff as three members of the Ministry were recognized for their outstanding performance at the recently concluded 2024 Civil Service Week Awards.

Dr. Mercy Ilori, Director of Transport Planning and Coordination, emerged as the overall winner, receiving the star prize of a JAC JS4 Jeep. Mrs. Chinwe Linda Chikelu E, Assistant Director of Funds, was awarded a Toyota Camry, and Ms. Fagbemi Idowu received a cash prize of N300,000.
